CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may wish to cancel your order for any reason. You do not need to give any reasons for this.
You can cancel your order by sending us a message from the Contact section of our website or by calling 0224 346 11 13. Your refund will be reflected on your credit card within 24 hours. The time it takes for banks to reflect refunds to accounts varies.
However, in order for the cancellation to be made, the products must not have been shipped. You can return the products that have been delivered to the cargo.
ORDER ERRORS
All products we offer for sale are checked for damage while being packaged. Therefore, damaged shipping of our products is prevented. However, if damage occurs due to problems that may occur during transportation, you must check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and prepare a "Due Detection Report" as soon as you see any damage.
In case of any damage you notice after the delivery of the order, you must immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a "Due Determination Report". If the cargo branch does not assist you in this regard, please inform us as soon as possible.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In order to return the product you purchased; The packaging of the product must be unopened, unused and its resellability must be intact . You can return your product that meets the return conditions within seven (7) days from the delivery date.
The refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us, provided that the products sent to our technical service are delivered in accordance with the return conditions.
The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit card are reflected in the account within 1 - 3 weeks at the latest, and payments made by money order are reflected in the account within 1 week at the latest.
